Realities associated with operating our business are such that without the terms and conditions set forth in these policies, Sunanda Farms would not be able to make this website, our products and services available to you. When using the Sunanda Farms’ website or products, you must respect the intellectual property and rights of Sunanda Farms and the other parties involved. Our website, packaging, print materials (including past, present & future versions) & all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photographs, layouts, illustrations, features, functionality, copyrights, trademarks, “look & feel”, logos, trade names, trade identities, design rights (registered & unregistered), & all other forms of intellectual property are owned and controlled by Sunanda Farms and/or third parties from whom some content is legally sourced.
These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Nothing in the terms grants you a right or license to use, modify, distribute, republish, print or commercially exploit any of the content owned by Sunanda Farms or any other third party except when expressly permitted by us. We cannot guarantee or warrant that your use of our products and services will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all liabilities and warranties, whether express or implied, related to:

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee for the objective accuracy, usefulness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose; and shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in that information.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which, we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that the products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Terms for Purchases
PRODUCTS
The products and services displayed on the site may not be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue or substitute any products at any time without explanation or prior notice.
We do our best to describe the products as accurately as possible.
However please note that the commodity we are producing (should not and) shall not be standardised or manipulated beyond what nature intended.
Fruit is a commodity that continues to grow after it has been separated from the tree. We work very hard to preserve the delicate balance in its environment, in order to facilitate the natural ripening process of the fruit while it is on its way to you. Inspite of all precautionary measures, we cannot guarantee that the produce will not spoil on its way to you.
Every purchase is accompanied with guidelines for care and storage of produce so that the ripening process can continue un-hindered and you get the best possible quality produce. We recommend that you adhere to the guidelines for best results. However, nature has the final say and our guidelines can only provide a generalised view. The date of expiry represents the approximate day that the fruit will start to over-ripen, just like any other fruit. Refrigeration slows down the ripening process and it can then be consumed within another 2-3 days. We cannot guarantee that the produce will behave exactly as described or predicted and we disclaim all liabilities in connection to spoilage of the produce. Please use your own discretion before consuming the fruits.
RIPENESS
You can choose to buy fruits at one of 3 stages of ripeness.
- Raw : 3-4 days to ripen | sour | consume within a week
- Tart : 1-2 days to ripen | sweet & sour | consume within 3-4 days
- Ripe : 2-3 days to over-ripen | sweet | consume within 1-2 days
This means that we will try to package the fruit such that it is within range of your selected stage of ripeness when it is delivered to you.
Please note that every fruit is as different from the other as we are from each other. Not all fruits will ripen at the same rate and time. We cannot guarantee any accuracy regarding the degree of ripeness of the fruit. It is an option given to you so that we may attempt providing you with the best possible service. The guidelines that come with the product are a generalised approximation, provided that the storage and all conditions are favourable. Please use your own discretion before consuming the fruits.

SIZE
You can choose between two options in size:
- Small-Medium: Less than 200 g per mango | 1 dozen mangoes from the S-M category will weigh approximately 2 kgs (always a little more, never less)
- Medium-Large: More than 200 g per mango | 1 dozen mangoes from the M-L category will weight approximately 3 kgs (always a little more, never less)
So when you buy 1 box of S-M / M-L mangoes, we select 1 dozen fruits within that category, that add up to a minimum weight of 2 / 3 kgs respectively.
Natural produce must not and shall not be standardised or manipulated beyond what nature intended. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all the mangoes in the box will be of the same size and weight.
The label on the box will show the exact weight of the fruits at the time of packaging. This weight will always be upto 200 grams more than what you will be paying for. Please note that fruits show minor changes in weight as the ripening process continues. Due to this, even though we do not manipulate the measurement of the weight of your order, we cannot guarantee accuracy in the measurement of the weight of your order. We pack those extra grams just to attempt to ensure that you’re not paying for what you don’t receive.

PACKAGING
The fruits need to be carefully packaged in boxes to ensure that they are not damaged on their way to you. We have chosen export approved eco-friendly boxes to ensure that you receive the quality we claim to provide.
All the printed material & content provided as part of or with the packaging is the intellectual property of Sunanda Farms & is protected by international intellectual property rights laws. These terms & conditions does not allow anyone to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, adapt, translate, distribute, republish or commercially exploit this content in any digital or print form. Your unauthorised use of content may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, communications and other laws and any such use may result in your personal liability including potential criminal liability.
We do not make any profits on packaging and the additional amount of Rs. 40 is the cost price. Please reuse and recycle.

PRICING
We prefer to maintain a transparent pricing policy that is not designed to cover hidden costs. Our prices are subject to variations in the local markets and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify our prices, billing methods and/or pricing policy at any time and without notice. These changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site.
You are charged by the rates applicable at the time of submission of your order. Any promotional discounts or price modifications made available after your order has been placed will not apply to your order. We reserve the right to offer and revoke promotional discounts to anyone at our sole discretion.
In the event that a Sunanda Farms’ product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order cancelled, we shall issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
Traditionally sold by the kilo, our Kesar mangoes are priced at Rs ........ per kilo + Rs 40 for packaging. You will be billed by the weight of the mangoes you buy, irrespective of their size. Delivery charges are additional and are detailed in the Shipping and Delivery section of the terms.
By the laws of The Republic of India, unprocessed agricultural produce is currently a tax free commodity when bought directly from the producer. All fresh fruits bought through this website are exempted from any tax.

PAYMENTS
In order to purchase any products or services in the Sunanda Farms online store, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit/debit card. Prior to the purchase of any product or service, you are required to provide us with the following information:
- your name as printed on the credit/debit card
- credit/debit card number
- credit/debit card type
- date of expiry
- activation numbers/codes required to charge the card.
By submitting that information to us or our third party online payment gateway provider (credit/debit card payment processor), you agree that you authorise us and/or our payment gateway provider to charge your card at our convenience but within 30 days of credit card authorisation, as well as to make any enquiries Sunanda Farms or its affiliates may consider necessary to validate your designated payment account or financial information, in order to ensure prompt payment, including for the purpose of receiving updated payment details from your payment, credit/debit card or bank account provider.
You agree to pay the price applicable (including any surcharges) for any product or service that you order on the site at the time of submission of your order.
All payments must be made by visa/mastercard and in Indian Rupees. We currently do not accept cash, personal or business cheques or any other form of payment.
Your card issuer agreement governs the use of your credit/debit card and that agreement determines your rights and liabilities as a card holder. You warrant that you will not use any credit/debit card or other form of payment unless you have the necessary legal authorisation to do so. You, and not Sunanda Farms, are responsible for any payments (authorised or unauthorised) billed to your credit/debit card by you or any other third party.
If Sunanda Farms does not receive payment from your credit/debit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Sunanda Farms or its agents/representatives. Your order shall not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
Sunanda Farms and/or its affiliated companies will issue an electronic invoice on your billing address for any payment or refund made to or by Sunanda Farms. For this purpose, you may be required to furnish certain personal information in order to comply with local laws. The invoice sent to you may be inadequate with your local law requirements, and may only be used for pro forma purposes.

ORDERS
This site is solely for retail customers and shall not be used to purchase products for re-sale or export. You represent and warrant that by placing an order via the Sunanda Farms website, you are not a reseller, dealer, exporter or distributor of the products offered by us. Sunanda Farms reserves the right to immediately restrict access, terminate the account of and take legal action against any user who violates this provision.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sunanda Farms reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after its receipt. You will be notified incase of any termination of your order with or without any explanation of cause. We may request additional information or verification before accepting your order.
In the rare case of the aforementioned order cancellation, we will issue you a refund in the amount of your purchase after deducting the payment gateway charges claimed by our payment gateway providers (not us). Do not assume any cancellation or change of an order you have placed with us, unless you received written confirmation from Sunanda Farms via email.

Orders of more than 25 kgs or gifting orders of more than 10 boxes qualify as bulk orders. Bulk orders may be advantageous in terms of quantity discounts, deliveries to multiple addresses & customised messages. Our policies & terms for Bulk Orders may be subject to the specifics of your requirements and practical constraints. These will be communicated in response to your Bulk Order Enquiry.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & REIMBURSEMENTS
Currently, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations from the customers’ end. We hope to change that soon. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified from the customer’s end. Please do write to us in case of such a requirement and we will try our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee that such a request will be entertained.
Due to the perishability of the product, unfortunately, we do not accept returns or process refunds for any reason.
If the fruit is damaged or spoiled within the expiry period, we may compensate you with extra fruit or a reasonable discount on your next purchase.
In order to avail of this advantage, please send us an email with a clear image of the spoiled/damaged fruit/s next to the label with the expiry date printed on your box. This email should be dated prior to the date of expiry for any compensation to apply.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse compensation on suspicion of false claim or improper storage. Damage or spoilage does not include discolourations or the stains from the tree sap.
In the event that your order is cancelled by us for any reason after your credit/debit card has been charged, we shall notify you and issue you a refund into the same account from which payment was received (after we may or may not deduct payment gateway charges claimed by our payment gateway providers, depending on the individual case). All refunds, once approved and initiated, will be processed within 15 days, and you will receive an email confirmation from our end.

Since our packaging boxes are export quality, they're robust enough to be reused in the domestic market. If you return your old mango box in a good condition, at the time of delivery of your next purchase, you will be reimbursed with Rs. 30 (cash). To avail of this offer, please select the,
"Yes! Reimburse me with Rs. 30" option during your next purchase and ensure that the box has been safeguarded from damage and neglect. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse compensation, if the box doesn't meet our quality standards. Since the next customer will be paying full price for their box, we are required to maintain strict quality standards. Our logistics partners have very clear instructions on the required standards for acceptance, so please do not negotiate their decision.

We urge our customers to preserve the seeds of the mangoes you buy from us so that they can be used as raw material for other applications (mango butter/saplings/etc). Please ensure that the seeds are from the same mangoes that you bought from us.

We currently have logistics set up in Pune, and home deliveries are only possible within the following PIN codes:

You can choose between two delivery options:
- Same day delivery : Rs 100 per box of 1 Doz. : Delivered within one business day.
- Standard Delivery : Rs 30 per box of 1 Doz. : Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
We will try our best to accommodate for the special instructions you might have left us with your order (preferred delivery time or warning about your dog’s temperament or about a neighbour who can receive your order in case you’re not home to receive it yourself) as long as they’re within reason. We reserve the right to refuse or overlook the special instructions.
For deliveries outside Pune, courier charges will be added, depending on your location & the weight of your order. Although we don’t recommend this method, we do have patrons who support us from other states and cities.
Please contact us if you have any recommendations/suggestions/proposals regarding logistics in your area. Either way, you can always send us an enquiry and we can attempt finding the most favourable way to get you some farm fresh produce.
Communications & Customer Service
We will always be trying our best to make your experience with us easy and enjoyable, but for all practical purposes, these terms are defined to keep our communications pleasant and free from glitches.
When you communicate with us electronically, such as via email and text message, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
Please keep in mind that we are also human and worthy of the basic decency and respect that you deserve. Any complaints & disputes can be addressed and resolved with a clear and polite conversation. You and Sunanda Farms, both agree to maintain a polite and respectful demeanour in all your communications with each other.
Please note that we are not obligated to respond to the inquiries we receive or provide you with customer support of any kind. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to ignore & disregard any communication without any explanation.
Registration & Accounts - Feature not yet available
[You may register for an account with our website. Once approved, you will have access to some of the restricted pages and features on our website. We may request additional information or verification for approval on suspicion of impersonation or misuse.
You may not use you account or user ID for or in connection with the impersonation of another person. You may not use any other person’s account to access the website, unless you have that person’s express and written permission to do so.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account details and password.
All the information you provide, must be true, accurate, updated and complete.
We advise you not to allow any other person to use your account to access the website. In case you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or disclosure of your password, please notify us by writing to us immediately.
